Andert Governance Corporation (AGC) is a Florida Incorporated Company (registered as a Minority Business Enterprise under provisions of chapter 287 of the Florida Statutes). Under the direction of Dr. Darlene M. Andert, the company provides corporate governance research and facilitates board self-assessments for public and private companies. AGC offers a full range of attendant high quality services to a rapidly growing number of clients in the USA. Andert Governance Corporation is focused on helping boards help themselves.

Dr. Andert's current research is focused on refining corporate governance as a discrete function, separate from management and operations of an organization, thus differentiating Leadership in Thought from Leadership in Action. Her goal is to contribute to the continuous improvement of a comprehensive application of a human asset management audit by members of the Board of Directors as well as a prescriptive model for corporate governance consistent with the all powers provisions of the Model Business Corporation Act and the intent of legislative improvements such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
