RESEARCH FOCUS
My current research is focused on refining corporate governance as a discrete function, separate from management and operations of an organization, thus differentiating Leadership in Thought from Leadership in Action. My goal is to contribute to the continuous improvement of a comprehensive application of a human asset management audit by members of the Board of Directors as well as a prescriptive model for corporate governance consistent with the all powers provisions of the Model Business Corporation Act and the intent of legislative improvements such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
Current research project explores the creation of a financial ratio for training efficiency - surveying Fortune 1,000 companies.
