2006-2007 Andert Governance Survey

Dear Board Member:

In 2003, I completed research on the Board's awareness, valuing, and utilization of organizational Human Resource Development as an oversight responsibility. Today, you are confirming (or not confirming) the results obtained in that original research by responding to the same research questions offered below.

It will take only a few minutes to complete the twelve questions. Please check the box that best describes your thoughts. Some of the questions allow you an opportunity to clarify your response by prioritizing or selecting specific issues. You must answer ALL twelve questions to submit the survey.

I need your help to determine the true nature of the practice of corporate governance and the key issues and concerns facing directors. As a token of appreciation, may we offer you a copy of the finished research summary?

Please help us maintain the quality of our survey results by limiting yourself to one submission.

Thank you.
